What is old is new again for the 2019 Verandah Renaissance.
We will take a “Blast from the Past” and connect or reconnect your mind and body with past work out trends. For some it will be new – like wearing vintage fashion for the first time. For others it will be a step back in time - to when you took for granted the function of your body over its form. No matter where you are today, take the time to add years to your life by participating in a series of exercise classes and events designed to enhance, excite and empower everyone to reach their health and fitness goals this year and the years to come.
Registration will continue even after we kickoff on Sunday, January 6th, but don't get left behind! Register Now!

Renaissance is the Verandah Club’s annual six week program to get you fired up about your health & wellness program for the new year! It’s Free to participate in Renaissance (except for the $10 T-Shirt), but you do have to register and make a goal for yourself.
Renaissance 2019 Begins Sunday, January 6th and ends on Saturday, February 16th
Points are awarded for all elements of fitness, health and wellness as well as attending special events & socials during Renaissance. Most events are free to attend unless otherwise noted.
Set a Total Points Goal for yourself and sign-up for the special classes & events all worth special points each!
